The El Salvador regulator (SIGET) is reviewing the Distribution costs and the power qualitry regulation for the revision that will take place in 2001. SIGET is elaborating a manual (MCCS) that determines different aspects of the regulation, which are of great interest for Distribution companies. This project analyses this manual for the DELSUR distribution company.
